ASTM A213:
This specification pipe covers seamless ferric as well as austenitic steel boiler, heat exchange tubes, and super heaters. The grades which contain the letter H in their designation have different needs from those who have grades that do not contain letter H in it. These different needs offer high creep rupture strength usually achievable in a similar type of grades without these different needs. The tubes or the pipes in this grade should be made by a seamless process and should be earthier cold or hot furnished as specified. The heat treatment should be done individually and also in addition to heating for the purpose of hot forming.
